Today I start a new series of top tens. Stacked couches. Although this is a form of pairs ( the series just ended) it is distinctive enough in its own right to warrant its own top ten. As is the case of paired couches, there are multiple types and configurations of stacked couches- tidy, sculptural, twins, normal or "inter-racial" couples , mortise and tenon, back to back or even one on top of another both facing same direction. Number ten is my best example of the last type and was taken April 20, 2013
